Fees

I promise – no hidden costs.

• No charges will be assessed until we have agreed on the scope of legal services and talked about the potential costs.
• Attorney services are billed at $400 per hour; $150 per hour for paralegal services. Clients pay filing fees and charges set by the court for their type of case.
• Simple End of Life Planning packages (which includes your Will, Medical Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and Disposition of Remains) start at $1,500.00 for individuals, $1,250.00 for a pair, and $1,000.00 for three or more.
• Flat fees for some matters may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• I offer “unbundled” legal support for families and individuals, so you can select the amount of help that works for you and your budget, whether that is full representation or helping you represent yourself in a legal matter.
• An invoice showing legal services provided, fees and costs incurred, and balance of payments will be provided to you periodically. An invoice can also be provided upon request at any time.
